The road leads through the Souss plain and along orange and olive groves to Taroudant.  The most striking attraction of this ancient town (with the nickname ‘Little Marrakech’) are the impressive ramparts which have been kept in good repair. Taroudant’s Souks are also worth a visit. The local artisans are well known for their stone carvings. Continuation via Talouine, a village surrounded by fields of saffron. Arrival in Ouarzazate. Dinner and overnight.

Departure to Zagora via the village of Agdz. Discovery of the fascinating and verdant Draa Valley with its numerous palm groves, orchards, cultivated fields, Ksour (fortified villages) and a stunning scenery  Dinner and overnight.

The road leads via Tazzarine and Alnif through a mountainous landscape and a stone desert before reaching Rissani, a typical Saharan town. Continuation to Erfoud. In the past Erfoud was an important meeting point for caravans. Dinner and overnight.

Departure to Tinghir. The town is located in a beautiful palm grove. Then you will discover the famous ‘Road of the Kasbahs’ where massive fortifications built by rammed earth are scattered here and there  along the road. Continuation to the Todra Gorges where impressive rocks reach a height of 300 m. Afterwards the road leads through the beautiful Dades Valley with its terraced fields and numerous palm groves. Continuation via Kelâa M’gouna (known for the beautiful rose gardens) to Ouarzazate. The region was used as a film set in many international film productions. Dinner and overnight.

In the morning visit of the imposing Kasbah Taourirt – a former residence of the Pasha El Glaoui of Marrakech. Continuation to the famous gigantic village of Ait Ben Haddou with its Kasbah. It has been classified as ‘World Cultural Heritage Site’ by UNESCO. Then drive to Marrakech through the High Atlas Mountains. We will cross the highest point of the pass road ‘Col Tizi-n-Tichka’ at an altitude of 2260m. Arrival in Marrakech and visit of the unforgettable Djemaa El Fna square.   Enjoy the unique atmosphere with dancers, acrobats, story tellers and snake charmers... Dinner and overnight.

Visit of Marrakesh and its remarkable monuments: the famous Saadian Tombs, the ramparts, the Koutoubia Mosque (exterior), the sumptuous Bahia Palace and the Menara Garden. The foundation of this ancient city is dated back to the 11th century. You will explore the Souks which are the largest ones in Morocco. Marrakesh, also called the ‘Red Pearl’, is fascinating by its different ethnic groups, its Islamic and Arabic architecture and its colours. Dinner and overnight.
